My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks: Fall Layers & Everyday Staples

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is easily my favorite shopping event of the year, and this roundup of Nordstrom Anniversary Sale fall favorites is all about the pieces that carry you right into fall.

I started with the cashmere sweater because a short sleeve cashmere is one of those pieces you don’t think you need until you own one, then it lives in your closet for years. The Veronica Beard cardigan is going in my cart too, it’s the kind of layer that looks put together over literally anything, jeans, a dress, leggings, doesn’t matter.

For shoes I picked the suede penny loafer for everyday and the western boot for when I want a little more edge, both are the kind of shoes that don’t go out of style every other season. The AllSaints crossbody is small enough to actually wear out and about but fits my phone, cards and keys, and the suede top handle bag is the one I’ll carry to dinner.
