The Fall Throws and Pillows I Layer On Every Bed

Cozy fall bedding ideas usually start with swapping the duvet, but the layer that actually changes how a bed feels is the throw at the foot of it. That’s the part you reach for, and it costs a lot less to change than a whole bedding set. The textured faux fur throw from Crate and Barrel in burnt green is the one I would buy first.

Burnt green gives you fall without landing on orange, and the texture reads expensive from across the room. The fringe throw from Pottery Barn is the softest one in this group. It’s what I would put on a guest bed, because it looks made even when it’s just folded in half.

The UGG Home Margot throw in sandalwood is heavier than it looks, so if you like weight on you while you sleep, that’s the one.
