Fall Wreaths for Every Front Door, From 19 Inches to 30

I’m such a big front door person, and fall is when I finally pay attention to it. The wreath is the first thing anyone sees, so I start there before I touch the porch or the steps.
If I could only pick one from this round it would be the Plum Berry Wreath from the Threshold line with Studio McGee at Target.

The plum and soft green combination skips orange completely, which I like because my front door doesn’t need to argue with the rest of the house. It works inside too, I would hang it on a plain wall or over the mantel and it would still look right.

If you have a wide door, the Member’s Mark blue harvest wreath from Sam’s Club is a full 30 inches, and that size difference matters more than people think. A 20 inch wreath on a big door just looks lost. The blue also gives you a way into fall that isn’t rust and gold, which is nice against a white or navy door.

I love pairing a wreath with a garland around the doorframe, so I would put the pre lit cedar garland from Target with one of the darker wreaths. The warm white lights mean the door still reads decorated after the sun goes down, and it stays up straight through Christmas. The Primrue faux magnolia garland from Wayfair is the neutral option, the green and copper leaves go with any of these wreaths without clashing.

The handmade corn shuck wreath on Etsy is the one I keep going back to look at. It’s hand tied, no two are the same, and the cream color works from September all the way through Thanksgiving.

For a small entry or an apartment door, the 19 inch pumpkin and gourd wreath from AllModern is the right scale. And if you like traditional fall leaves but your house leans navy, the Ashland wreath at Michaels has blue berries running through it that bridge the two.
